These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://mayfair-shop.com, operated by URBANLOFT APPAREL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 14011563, with its registered office at 35 Firs Avenue, London N11 3NE.We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective once posted on the Website, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

General Terms

  • Our Services: URBANLOFT APPAREL LTD operates an online fashion retail business offering a range of men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories. We use a dropshipping model, meaning products sold on our Web-site are often shipped directly from third-party suppliers. We are committed to providing a secure shopping experience, reliable delivery, and quality customer service in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
  • Eligibility: To make purchases on our Web-site, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We sell products for personal use and not for resale; by ordering, you represent that you are buying for your own use only.
  • Site Use: You agree to use the Website only for its intended purpose (browsing and purchasing our products) and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or conducting any activity that could harm the Website or its users. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if we suspect misuse or a violation of these Terms.
  • No Warranty for Website: While we strive to keep all information on the Website accurate and up-to-date, the Website and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any implied warranties regarding the Website (such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement), except as expressly provided in these Terms. This disclaimer does not affect the warranties or guarantees applicable to the products you purchase (please see the Returns & Refunds section and your statutory rights under UK law).

Account Registration

  • Account Requirement: Creating an account is optional. Customers may check out as guests or register an account for faster checkout, order tracking, and access to order history.
  • Account Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during the registration process (such as your name, email, phone number, and billing/shipping address) and to keep this information up to date. Each customer is allowed to maintain only one account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to your account.
  • Security and Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a breach of security (e.g. theft or unauthorized disclosure of your password), you must notify us immediately at support@mayfair-shop.com. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised or are being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms
  • Account Termination by You: If you wish to close your account, you may contact our customer support. Closing your account will not affect any pending orders or your obligation to pay for any charges incurred.

Ordering Process

  • Placing an Order: To purchase a product, browse our catalog and add desired items to your online shopping cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve or guarantee availability of that item. Once you have added all desired products, proceed to checkout. During checkout, you will be prompted to log into your account (or create one if you haven’t already). You will then enter or confirm your shipping address and payment details. Before finalizing, you will see an order summary including item descriptions, prices, any applicable shipping fees, and taxes. Review this information carefully. To submit your order, click the “Place Order” (or equivalent) button
  • Order Confirmation & Acceptance: After you place an order, we will send an order acknowledgment email to confirm that we have received your request. This acknowledgment does not yet signify acceptance of your order. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order, which occurs when we expressly confirm dispatch of the product(s) in a separate email (the “Dispatch Confirmation”) or when the product is actually shipped to you. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order in our discretion. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and will not charge you (or, if payment was already processed, we will issue a refund).
  • Right to Refuse or Cancel: URBANLOFT may refuse, cancel, or limit any order if: (a) the information you provided is fraudulent or suspect (e.g. we suspect credit card fraud or identity theft); (b) we detect a pricing or product description error; (c) the item is out of stock or discontinued; (d) you have violated these Terms; or (e) there is any other legitimate reason. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible. If an order is canceled after payment has been taken, we will promptly refund the full amount paid, using the original payment method.
  • Changes and Cancellations by You: If you need to modify or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us immediately at support@mayfair-shop.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. However, once the order is in the hands of our supplier or shipping carrier, changes or cancellations may not be possible. (In this case, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery – see Returns & Refunds below.)
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains products from different suppliers or warehouses, your items may arrive in separate packages and possibly on different dates. Our order confirmation or dispatch emails will indicate if an order will be split into multiple shipments.

Pricing & Payments

  • Currency and Pricing: Our Website supports multiple currencies, including Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), and US Dollars (USD). You may select your preferred currency via the website interface. Please note that while prices are displayed in the selected currency, your payment may be processed in EUR, GBP, or USD depending on your location and payment method. Currency conversions are based on current exchange rates and may be subject to slight variation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards for payment, including Visa and MasterCard. All payments are handled through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting an order and payment details, you authorize us (or our designated payment processor) to charge the total order amount (including product prices, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes or fees) to your chosen payment method. We do not accept cash on delivery or other payment methods not expressly offered at checkout.
  • Payment Processing: Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully authorized and captured. If your payment is declined or not authorized, your order will not be accepted and we will notify you to use an alternative method. For your security, our payment processing partners may perform fraud screening or verification checks, which could cause a slight delay in processing.
  • Pricing Errors: We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing on our Website. However, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, an error in currency conversion display, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to correct the mistake. If you have already placed an order for a mispriced item, we will contact you with the corrected price and ask whether you wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, or if you do not wish to proceed at the correct price, we will cancel the order and refund any payment already made. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after an order confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable such that you should have recognized it as an error.
  • Promotions & Discounts: Any promotional prices, discount codes, or special offers will be subject to their own terms and availability. We reserve the right to end promotions early or disqualify improper use of discount codes. Only one promotion or code can typically be applied per order, unless stated otherwise. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Dropshipping Model: We operate under a dropshipping model. Products are not stocked at our own premises but are shipped directly by third-party suppliers or manufacturers. While items may ship from different warehouses or countries, we work closely with our partners to ensure quality control and timely dispatch. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and supplier logistics. Please note that items in the same order may arrive separately.
  • Shipping Destinations: We offer international shipping to many countries. During checkout, available shipping destinations and methods will be shown based on your address.
  • Sanctioned Countries: We comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws. Therefore, we cannot ship to countries or regions that are subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes (for example, certain sanctioned countries in accordance with UK law and international regulations). If you attempt to place an order to a location we do not service or which is legally restricted, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will notify you of the cancellation and refund any payment received.
  • Delivery Times: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Delivery timeframes may still vary slightly depending on your location and the supplier’s fulfillment center. Estimated delivery dates or ranges will be provided on the product page or at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. While most orders will arrive within the estimated window, occasionally there may be delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs clearance, carrier delays, international holidays, unforeseen logistical issues). We will endeavor to inform you if we become aware of any significant delay in your order.
  • Shipping Methods & Costs: Available shipping methods (express) and the associated costs will be displayed at checkout. The total shipping cost for your order will be shown before you finalize payment.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: If you order products for delivery outside of our main fulfillment regions (for example, ordering from outside the United Kingdom or European Union), your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied once the shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying all such import charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely by country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. We are not liable for any customs-related delays, and failure to pay import taxes resulting in the package being held or returned is the responsibility of the customer (non-delivery in such cases will be treated per our Returns/Refunds policy or considered an order cancellation by you).
  • Tracking and Risk of Loss: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number (if available) via email so you can monitor the shipment status. Delivery is deemed complete, and risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you, when the product is delivered to the address you provided. This means that from the time of delivery onward, you bear the risk for the goods. If a package requires a signature, delivery is considered complete when a signature has been obtained at the delivery address (which can include a signed receipt by a cohabitant or receptionist at that address). If you have authorized the carrier to deliver without a signature or leave the package unattended, you assume full responsibility for any loss or theft after delivery.
  • Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address: Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. If delivery fails or is delayed because you supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the item, or we may treat the order as canceled if the item is returned to us (in which case you may receive a refund for the product minus any reasonable fees incurred, such as return shipping charges). If an order is unclaimed (e.g., you fail to collect it from customs or the carrier and it is returned), we will contact you for further instructions; additional storage or return shipping fees may apply.
  • Events Outside Our Control: We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government policies, strikes, or other force majeure events affecting our suppliers or shipping partners. If such an event occurs, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and do our best to minimize the impact on your delivery. However, you acknowledge that some delays are unavoidable under these circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with a product, you may be entitled to return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below. These provisions are in addition to (and do not affect) any statutory rights you have under consumer law, such as rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Return Eligibility: In general, we accept returns for unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of the date you received the product. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. You should take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that show signs of wear, washing, or improper use.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on our Website. These may include, for example, undergarments/intimate apparel, swimwear (for hygiene reasons if the hygiene seal is removed), personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, or any other items specified on the product page as not eligible for return. Such items cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit your right to a remedy if such an item is defective or not as described.
  • Dropshipping Considerations: Because we use third-party suppliers, some returns may need to be sent directly to the supplier’s address rather than to our company address. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address when you initiate a return. Please do not send any products back to our registered office address unless we specifically direct you to do so, as this will delay processing. Note that in a dropshipping model, certain suppliers might not accept returns for change of mind; we will inform you at the time of purchase or inquiry if an item falls under such a policy.
  • Return Process:

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@mayfair-shop.com within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide you with return instructions, including the return address. You must then send the item back promptly, and in any event within 14 days of when you notify us of your intent to return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as you are responsible for the product until it arrives back to the designated return location.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to an error on our part or a defect in the product (for example, we sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or the item has a manufacturing defect), we will bear the cost of return shipping. We will either provide you a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
    • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or otherwise decided you do not want the product (and the item is returnable), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We can assist by recommending shipping methods, but the cost will be borne by you. Original shipping fees (the cost you paid to get the item delivered to you) are generally non-refundable in cases of buyer’s remorse.
  • Inspection and Refunds: Once the returned item is received by us or the supplier, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it can take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, due to processing times at banks or credit card companies (typically, allow up to 10-14 business days after we issue the refund). If the returned item is found not to meet the eligibility criteria (for example, it’s worn or outside the return window), we will notify you and no refund will be issued; at your request, we may return the item back to you, but you will need to cover the shipping cost.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest method is usually to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund. Because our stock is distributed via suppliers, direct exchanges (sending you a replacement from the same return package) might not be possible in all cases. Contact our support team for assistance – we will do our best to facilitate an exchange if possible, or suggest the appropriate return-and-repurchase process.
  • Order Cancellations (Consumer Contract Regulations): If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days after you receive all items in your order (this is your “cooling-off” period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly (e.g. via email) of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period. You must then return the products to us (at your cost) within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We will refund the cost of the products and the original standard delivery charges (if any) to which you were entitled. However, we may deduct from your refund any loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (beyond what is reasonable to inspect the item). This cancellation right does not apply to non-returnable items or other exemptions as per law (for example, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, etc.).
  • Faulty or Not as Described Products: If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You should inform us as soon as possible (preferably within 30 days of receipt). We will arrange for a return or suitable remedy. Depending on the circumstances, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or where those are not possible or fail to resolve the issue, a full or partial refund. We will cover any return shipping costs for faulty or mis-described products and will not charge any re-stocking fee in such cases.
  • Processing of Refunds: When a refund is issued, it will be processed back to the same payment method used for the initial purchase (e.g., same credit card). If you used a third-party payment provider (like a credit card or bank), note that we only have the ability to issue the refund on our end; the actual posting of the refunded amount to your account is handled by your card issuer or bank. We are not responsible for any delay on the banking side. If a reasonable time has passed and you have not received your refund, please first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us if you need further assistance.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. The above return policy provides additional rights and remedies to you, but is not intended to limit or exclude any legal rights you have under applicable law. For example, goods you purchase should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described – if they are not, you are entitled to certain remedies even beyond the 14-day return period.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of Content: All content and material on the Website, including (but not limited to) product images, photographs, descriptions, graphics, logos, branding elements, design layout, page headers, text, videos, and software, are the property of URBANLOFT APPAREL LTD or our content providers and are protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws (including copyright and trademark laws). URBANLOFT, mayfair-shop.com, and associated logos and brand names are trademarks or trade names of URBANLOFT APPAREL LTD (or its affiliates). All other trademarks on the Website that are not owned by us are the property of their respective owners (for example, brand names of products we sell, which are used only to identify those products).
  • Limited License for Personal Use: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of our Website for the purpose of shopping for our products. You may electronically copy and print portions of the Website solely for your own personal, non-commercial use (such as printing an order confirmation or product information for reference). Any other use of content from our Website is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.   • Feedback and User Content: If you submit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other user-generated content (such as product reviews or testimonials) to us via the Website or other channels, you grant URBANLOFT a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting our business. You represent that any such submission does not infringe any third party’s rights. For example, reasons for termination may include (but are not limited to) fraudulent account activity, repeated violation of our policies, abuse of our systems, or engagement in behavior that is harmful to other users or our business.
  • Effect of Termination: If your account or access is terminated by us, you must cease all use of the Website. Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, governing law, etc.) shall survive and continue to apply even after termination. If we terminate an account due to breach of these Terms, we reserve the right (without limiting other remedies) to cancel any pending orders associated with that account. You will not be entitled to any compensation or payment (such as lost discounts or loyalty rewards) as a result of termination for cause.
  • Termination by You: You may stop using the Website at any time and may request to close your account by contacting us. Closing your account will not affect any rights or obligations incurred prior to closure. Any orders placed before account closure will still be processed under these Terms. The provisions of these Terms will continue to apply to past use of the Website and past transactions.
